Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Labor for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004 as follows: General Funds $5,894,750 Other State Funds $157,700 Total $6,052,450

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Appropriates $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Labor for all costs associated with monitoring compliance with minority participation requirements in State-funded projects.

House Committee Amendment No. 2
Appropriates $250,000 from the Child Labor, Day and Temporary Labor Services, and Prevailing Wage Enforcement Fund for programs, projects, and activities or purposes related to the enforcement of the Child Labor Law or for activities or purposes related to the enforcement of the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act or the Prevailing Wage Act.
