Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
70 ILCS 2605/1.1
Adds reference to:
35 ILCS 200/15-143

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the exemption for property owned by metropolitan water reclamation districts in Cook County applies only to property in Cook County. States that this is declaratory of existing law. Effective immediately.
