Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning the citation to the title of the Electronic Home Detention Law.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
730 ILCS 5/5-8A-1
Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 5/16-20

Deletes all. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes it a Class 3 felony to commit, for the purpose of disrupting the delivery of a communication service, the following acts: acquiring a communication service without authorization; or possessing, manufacturing, modifying, transferring, or offering devices for acquiring a communication service without authorization.
