Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code and the Health Maintenance Organization Act in relation to disclosures relating to benefit limits. Requires that policies disclose that both participating and nonparticipating providers may bill an insured for services not covered by the policy. Effective December 1, 2003.
