820 ILCS 405/201
Adds reference to:
820 ILCS 405/604from Ch. 48, par. 434

Deletes everything. Amends provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Act providing that a locked out employee is not disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits under specified circumstances. Makes numerous changes in the criteria to be used in determining whether a locked out employee is disqualified from receiving benefits.

State Mandates Fiscal Note (H-AM1) (Dept. of Commerce and Community Affairs)
Does not create a State Mandate under States Mandates Act.

Fiscal Note (H-AM4) (Dept. of Employment Security)
It is impossible to predict future lockouts, however, it is unlikely that this amendment would result in any significant, unfunded administrative costs.
