Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Provides that a public employer must make payroll deductions for its employees' union dues for the duration of the contract obligating it to do so, regardless of whether the collective bargaining representative of the employees changes during the contract period. Effective immediately.
