Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person convicted of or found guilty of an offense that would require that person to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration Act shall submit specimens of blood, saliva, or tissue to the Department of State Police for DNA analysis and categorizing into genetic marker groupings.
