Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Secretary of State for its FY09 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2008.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Makes FY09 appropriations to the Office of the Comptroller, the Court of Claims, the Department of Revenue, the Office of the Secretary of State, the State Board of Elections, the Supreme Court, the Office of the State Treasurer, the Department of Transportation, the Illinois Arts Council, and the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor. Effective July 1, 2008.
