Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act. Adds entry onto the land of another to conduct horseback riding with the rider's own horse or carriage driving to the definition of "recreational or conservation purpose".

Senate Committee Amendment No. 2
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.
