Amends the Illinois Pension Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning State employees.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the General Assembly, State Employees, State Universities, Downstate Teachers, and Judges Articles of the Illinois Pension Code. Requires each system, on or before February 1, 2011, to recalculate and recertify to the Governor the amount of the required State contribution to the system for all of State fiscal year 2011, taking into account Public Act 96-889. Effective immediately.
