Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. Provides that a person who is 17 years old on the date of a primary may vote at the primary if that person is otherwise qualified and will be 18 years old on the date of the following election.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that a person 17 years old as described by the bill is deemed competent to execute and attest to voter registration forms.
