Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Police Training Act. Provides that the Executive Director of the Illinois Board of Higher Education shall no longer serve on the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board.

House Committee Amendment No. 3
Removes language from the introduced bill that provides that the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board shall be composed of 18 members and replaces it with 19 members. Provides that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County shall serve on the Board.
