Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the definition of "felony".

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 concerning the offenses of stalking, aggravated stalking, cyberstalking, and violation of an order of protection. Provides that a defendant who directed the actions of a third party to commit any of these offenses, under the principles of accountability set forth in the Criminal Code of 1961, is guilty of the offense as if the same had been personally done by the defendant, without regard to the mental state of the third party acting at the direction of the defendant. Effective immediately.
