Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002. Provides that a license is not required under the Act to perform valuations if the valuations are performed by an employee of a municipality if the valuation is in an amount not to exceed $10,000 and meets other specified conditions. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law. Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation or any city, village, or incorporated town, having a population of 500,000 or more, shall provide a plumber's license that is composed of a solid plastic card that includes a photo of the licensed plumber printed directly on the card.
