Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the General Assembly Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that, beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, no person is eligible to participate in the General Assembly Retirement System, and no annuity shall be paid by the System. Effective immediately.

	Pension Note (Government Forecasting & Accountability)
	HB 3114 would have a positive fiscal impact on the General Assembly Retirement System as no current participants would be eligible to participate in the system and annuities would not be paid out to retirees.
