Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
5 ILCS 315/1from Ch. 48, par. 1601
Adds reference to:
760 ILCS 5/16.3

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Trusts and Trustees Act. In the definition of "excluded fiduciary", provides that notwithstanding any provision of the Section concerning directed trusts to the contrary, a person does not fail to qualify as an excluded fiduciary solely by reason of having effectuated, participated in, or consented to a transaction invoking the provisions of the Section with respect to any new or existing trust.
