Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning protection of persons.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Changes the name of the offense of criminal housing management to criminal property management and the offense of aggravated criminal housing management to aggravated criminal property management. Provides that offenses apply to all real property and not just residential real estate.
