Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Flood Prevention District Act. Provides that 1% (instead of 2%) of the proceeds collected from flood prevention retailers' and service occupation taxes shall be deposited into the Tax Compliance and Administration Fund. Effective July 1, 2014.
