Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Executive Inspector General for the Treasurer for its FY16 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2015.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropriations to the Department of Human Services for the Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program and to the Department on Aging for the Senior Meal Program, the Congregate Meals Program, and the Home Delivered Meals Program. Provides that the appropriation authority is valid only for costs incurred July 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015. Effective immediately.
