Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to Western Illinois University for its FY 08 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2007.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Makes FY09 appropriations to the Capital Development Board, the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Council, the East St. Louis Financial Advisory Authority, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, the State Universities Civil Service System, the Illinois Labor Relations Board, the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority, and the Upper Illinois River Valley Development Authority. Effective July 1, 2008.
