Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Naprapathic Lien Act. Establishes procedures and notice requirements for a naprapath to obtain a lien against the cause of action of an injured person who fails to pay for treatment. Requires any licensed naprapath to allow any party asserting a claim or against whom a claim is asserted to examine the medical records of the injured person, upon request, in order to maintain the lien. Effective immediately.
