Amends the Professional Boxing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the powers and duties of the Department.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal date of the Detection of Deception Examiners Act from January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2022. Effective immediately.
