Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Park District Code. Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, a park district police officer, code enforcement officer, or any official or employee of a park district with the authority to issue citations may not ticket an individual or group or arrest an individual for setting live traps to capture animals with the intention of rescuing those animals. Effective immediately.
