| 3 | line 23, by inserting "they" before "made"; and | ||||||
| 4 | on page 7, line 3, by replacing "were" with "they"; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 7, line 6, by inserting "they" before "originated"; | ||||||
| 6 | and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 20, immediately below line 24, by inserting the | ||||||
| 8 | following: | ||||||
| 9 | "(205 ILCS 740/11) (was 225 ILCS 425/11) | ||||||
| 10 | (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2026) | ||||||
| 11 | Sec. 11. Consent orders Informal conferences. Informal | ||||||
| 12 | conferences, after a formal hearing is requested, shall be | ||||||
| 13 | conducted with at least one member of the Board in attendance. | ||||||
| 14 | Notwithstanding any provisions concerning the conduct of | ||||||
| |||||||
| |||||||
| 1 | hearings and recommendations for disciplinary actions, the | ||||||
| 2 | Department has the authority to negotiate agreements with | ||||||
| 3 | licensees and applicants resulting in disciplinary or | ||||||
| 4 | non-disciplinary consent orders. The consent orders may | ||||||
| 5 | provide for any of the forms of discipline provided in this | ||||||
| 6 | Act. The consent orders shall provide that they were not | ||||||
| 7 | entered into as a result of any coercion by the Department. | ||||||
