| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2319 on page 31, |
| 3 | | line 20, by deleting "35, 41, 42, 43,"; and

| 4 | | on page 35, by replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following: |
| 5 | | "Section 800. If and only if Senate Bill 1797 of the 104th |
| 6 | | General Assembly, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, becomes |
| 7 | | law, then Sections 15, 20, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 85, 90, 105, |
| 8 | | 115, 120, and 125 of this Act are repealed on the date that |
| 9 | | Senate Bill 1797 of the 104th General Assembly becomes law."; |
| 10 | | and

| 11 | | on page 35, by replacing lines 10 through 13 with the |
| 12 | | following: |
| 13 | | "Sec. 5.1030. The Digital Asset Kiosk Fund. If and only if |
| 14 | | Senate Bill 1797 of the 104th General Assembly, as amended by |
| 15 | | House Amendment No. 1, becomes law, this Section is |
| 16 | | repealed.". |
