AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1863 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1863, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 2, on page 47, immediately below line 25, by inserting the 
5following:
 
6    "(45 ILCS 77/25 rep.)
7    (45 ILCS 77/30 rep.)
8    Section 5-170. The Interstate Rail Passenger Network 
9Compact Act is amended by repealing Sections 25 and 30."; and
 
10on page 49, by deleting lines 2 through 4; and
 
11on page 61, by deleting lines 8 through 10.
