    Amends the Structural Pest Control Act. Makes a technical change to aSection concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Structural Pest Control Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 235/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 2201)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2029)
8     Sec. 1. Short title). This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may
9 be cited as the "Structural Pest Control Act".
