Amends the Metro-East Sanitary District Act of 1974. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Metro-East Sanitary District Act of 1974 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(70 ILCS 2905/1-1) (from Ch. 42, par. 501-1)

Sec. 1-1. This This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Metro-East Sanitary District Act of 1974".
