SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

35 ILCS 525/10-100 new

Amends the Parking Excise Tax Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on July 1, 2020. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning revenue.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Parking Excise Tax Act is amended by adding Section 10-100 as follows:

(35 ILCS 525/10-100 new)

Sec. 10-100. Repeal. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2020.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
