SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

230 ILCS 40/44 new

Amends the Video Gaming Act. Provides that an employee of a licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans establishment may not use or play a video gaming terminal in the licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans establishment in which he or she is employed.

AN ACT concerning gaming.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Video Gaming Act is amended by adding Section 44 as follows:

(230 ILCS 40/44 new)

Sec. 44. Video gaming terminal use by employees prohibited. An employee of a licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans establishment may not use or play a video gaming terminal in the licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans establishment in which he or she is employed.
