SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 
230 ILCS 40/44 new

    Amends the Video Gaming Act. Provides that an employee of a licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans establishment may not use or play a video gaming terminal in the licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans establishment in which he or she is employed.

1    AN ACT concerning gaming.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Video Gaming Act is amended by adding
5Section 44 as follows:
 
6    (230 ILCS 40/44 new)
7    Sec. 44. Video gaming terminal use by employees prohibited.
8An employee of a licensed establishment, licensed truck stop
9establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment,
10licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans
11establishment may not use or play a video gaming terminal in
12the licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment,
13licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal
14establishment, or licensed veterans establishment in which he
15or she is employed.
