HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 103

 
2    BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
3HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE 
4SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene in 
5Joint Session on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the hour of 
612:00 o'clock noon for the purpose of hearing Governor JB 
7Pritzker present to the General Assembly his Budget Message for 
8the Fiscal Year 2021, as required by Chapter 15, Section
