SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Russell B. Beyer of Yorkville, who passed away on February 15, 2019; and

WHEREAS, Russell Beyer was born in Aurora to Theodore and Joyce Beyer on February 21, 1971; and

WHEREAS, Russell Beyer worked at the Henry Pratt Company for over 25 years; he was a union shop chairman and an extremely proud and dedicated union guy; and

WHEREAS, Russell Beyer was a fun and loving gentle giant, who was friends with everyone; he would truly give you the shirt off of his back; and

WHEREAS, Russell Beyer was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nick and Betty Beyer and Harold Hoehn; his aunts, Patty Beyer and Bonnie Root; and his uncles, William Hoehn, Russell Beyer, Nick Beyer, Jim Beyer, and Dennis (Joe Boy) Beyer; and

WHEREAS, Russell Beyer is survived by his children, Megan and Brett Beyer; his parents; his sister, Dawn Beyer; his brother, Joshua (Summer) Beyer Sr.; his nephew, Joshua Beyer Jr.; his niece, Autumn Beyer; his loyal canine companion, Billy Bob; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Russell B. Beyer and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Russell Beyer as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
