SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

525 ILCS 27/1

Amends the Native Prairie and Forage Preference Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning conservation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Native Prairie and Forage Preference Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Native Prairie and Forage Preference Act.
