SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

730 ILCS 141/1

Amends the Private Detention Facility Moratorium Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Private Detention Facility Moratorium Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Private Detention Facility Moratorium Act.
