    Amends the Union Employee Health and Benefits Protection Act. Makes atechnical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning employment.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Union Employee Health and Benefits
5 Protection Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (820 ILCS 60/1)
7     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Union Employee
8 Health and Benefits Protection Act.
