SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 1370/1-1

Amends the Department of Innovation and Technology Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Innovation and Technology Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 1370/1-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Department of Innovation and Technology Act. References in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
