    Amends the Aircraft Crash Parts Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Aircraft Crash Parts Act is amended by
5 changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (620 ILCS 70/0.01)  (was 720 ILCS 205/0.01)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Aircraft Crash Parts Act.
