HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are equally honored and grateful for the opportunity to recognize significant events in the lives of Illinois residents and their contributions to the State; and

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate Daniel Coglianese on his retirement on July 1, 2021; and

WHEREAS, Daniel Coglianese has served the residents of Proviso Township as Treasurer of the Proviso Township School District for over 35 years, beginning on March 1, 1986; and

WHEREAS, Through his leadership and expertise, Daniel Coglianese has managed to guide the treasurer's office through the many changes in Illinois' education policies over the last four decades and, most recently, through the upgrade of the township's accounting system; and

WHEREAS, In this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had a negative impact on schools throughout the State, Daniel Coglianese has continuously strived to optimize the financial health of the schools in Proviso Township; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we recognize Daniel Coglianese for his service to the residents of Proviso Township and to the State of Illinois; and be it further

RESOLVED, That we congratulate Daniel Coglianese on his decades of accomplishments and on his impending retirement this summer, and we wish him the best of luck in all his future endeavors; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Daniel Coglianese as an expression of our esteem and respect.
