SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Janice S. "Jan" (Wilson) Littleton, who passed away on September 21, 2021; and

WHEREAS, Jan Littleton was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and LaVerne (Alsbury) Wilson, and her granddaughter, Kylie Littleton; and

WHEREAS, Jan Littleton was the wife of David R. Littleton; and

WHEREAS, Jan Littleton was the mother of Carol (Robert) Kayser and Richard (Robyn) Littleton; and

WHEREAS, Jan Littleton was the grandmother of eight and the great-grandmother of eight; and

WHEREAS, Jan Littleton was the sister of Patricia (John) Martin, Karen (George) Cox, Laura Logan, and Terry Wilson; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Janice S. "Jan" (Wilson) Littleton and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Jan Littleton as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
