SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Tamara Lynn Creviston, who passed away on January 31, 2022; and

WHEREAS, Tamara Creviston was born to Nathaniel and Dorothy J. Gibson; she graduated from Southeast High School in 1992 and Midstate College in 1994; later, she was employed in a management position at Lowe's in Springfield; she married Russell Creviston on September 22, 2001, and they parented three children, Anna, Joshua, and Charlotte; and

WHEREAS, Tamara Creviston loved seeing John Mayer in concert with her husband, no matter the distance; she enjoyed hosting legendary super bowl parties, decorating and planning for Christmas, and entertaining her friends and family; she was unmatched in creating unique experiences for her family; she epitomized cheerfulness, and her fun-loving spirit was infectious; and

WHEREAS, Tamara Creviston is survived by her parents; her brother, Nathan (Beverly) Gibson; her sister, Natalie (Anton) Redmond; her mothers-in-law, Theresa Deal and Patricia Creviston; her aunts and uncles; her cousins; her nieces and nephews; her other relatives; and her friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Tamara Lynn Creviston and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Tamara Creviston as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
