| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Dean O. Miller of Milan, who passed | 4 | | away on January 15, 2022; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Dean Miller was born to Orville and Lillis | 6 | | (Muhleman) Miller in Rock Island on July 17, 1946; he served in | 7 | | the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Dean Miller was the owner and operator of Miller | 9 | | Auto Body in Reynolds; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Dean Miller was a true handyman and a giving | 11 | | person who never met a stranger; he enjoyed spending time with | 12 | | his family and friends, dancing, and playing pool and computer | 13 | | games; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Dean Miller was preceded in death by his parents; | 15 | | his sons, William Miller and Bradly Miller; his brother, Jack | 16 | | Miller; and his sister, Verlee Jones; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Dean Miller is survived by his soulmate and | 18 | | special love, Roxie Lucas; his daughter, Katrina Weinert | 19 | | (Duane Moore); his stepsons, Caleb Lucas and Zachary (Lisa) | 20 | | Lucas; his grandchildren, Nicole, Tara, and Mitchell; his six |
