SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

210 ILCS 32/1

Amends the Authorized Electronic Monitoring in Long-Term Care Facilities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Authorized Electronic Monitoring in Long-Term Care Facilities Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Authorized Electronic Monitoring in Long-Term Care Facilities Act.
