1    AN ACT concerning land.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,300 to the
5State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
7Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
8right, title, and interest in and to the following described
9land in McLean County, Illinois to Todd R. Eades:
 
10    Parcel No. 5X41203
 
11    A parcel of land being a part of the Northwest Quarter of
12    Section 28, Township 25 North, Range 2 East of the Third
13    Principal Meridian, McLean County, Illinois and being a
14    part of the right of way acquired by Condemnation Case No.
15    88ED17 filed June 27, 1988 in the McLean County Circuit
16    Clerks Office, said parcel being more particularly
17    described as follows:
 
18    Beginning at the intersection of the north line of the
19    Northwest Quarter of said Section 28 and the monumented
20    east line of the Old Hudson Cemetery said point being the
21    northwest corner of the 50 feet wide entrance right of way

1    acquired by the aforementioned condemnation case, said
2    point also being 1645.83 feet easterly of the monumented
3    northwest corner of said Section 28; thence South 86
4    degrees 42 minutes 41 seconds East (bearings based on
5    Illinois State Plane Coordinates East Zone, NAD 83 (07
6    Adj.) 50.15 feet along the north line of the Northwest
7    Quarter of said Section 28 and north line of said 50 feet
8    entrance right of way to the northeast corner thereof;
9    thence South 01 degree 10 minutes 17 seconds East 126.76
10    feet along the east line of said 50 feet entrance right of
11    way to the southeast corner thereof; thence North 87
12    degrees 06 minutes 37 seconds West 50.12 feet along the
13    south line of said 50 feet entrance right of way to the
14    southwest corner thereof and east line of said cemetery;
15    thence North 01 degree 10 minutes 17 seconds West 127.11
16    feet along the east line of said cemetery and west line of
17    said 50 feet entrance right of way to the Point of
18    Beginning, containing 0.146 of an acre, more or less.
 
19    Section 10. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,000 to the
20State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
21Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
22Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
23right, title, and interest in and to the following described
24land in Madison County, Illinois to Darren Vollmer:

2    That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of
3    Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the Third
4    Principal Meridian, Madison County, Illinois, described as
5    follows:
 
6    Commencing at a stone marking the Southwest corner of said
7    East Half; thence North 01 degrees 06 minutes 03 seconds
8    West, along the west line of said Half, 1,556.10 feet to
9    the southwesterly corner of a tract of land described in
10    Book 3,890, Page 767, said corner also being the Point of
11    Beginning.
 
12    From said Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 01
13    degrees 06 minutes 03 seconds West, along said west line,
14    16.65 feet to the northwesterly corner of said tract of
15    land; thence South 58 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds East,
16    along the northerly line of said tract, 143.18 feet to the
17    northeasterly corner of said tract; thence South 01 degrees
18    06 minutes 03 seconds East, along the west line of said
19    tract, 20.02 feet; thence along the southerly line of said
20    tract, 145.00 feet along a curve to the right, having a
21    radius of 24,505.40 feet, the chord of said curve bears
22    North 57 degrees 47 minutes 12 seconds West, a chord

1    Said Parcel 800XD23 contains 0.0512 acres or 2,232 square

3    Parcel 800XD23 is subject to any and all utility easements,
4    and the rights existing to any and all facilities for said
5    easements on the real estate herein above described.
 
6    Section 15. Upon the payment of the sum of $3,100 to the
7State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
8Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
9Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
10right, title, and interest in and to the following described
11land in Madison County, Illinois to SS Peter and Paul Catholic
12Church:
 
13    Parcel No. 800XD15
 
14    That part of Lot 4, Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Fifteen
15    (15) in E.W. Collins Addition to Town, now City of
16    Collinsville, located in part of the Northeast Quarter of
17    Section 33, the Northwest Quarter of Section 34 and the
18    Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 3 North, Range 8
19    West of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat
20    thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of Madison
21    County, Illinois in Plat Book 2, Page 1 and subsequently

5access, crossing, light, air and view from, to and over the
6following described line, subject to permit requirements of the
7State of Illinois, Department of Transportation:

9    A line in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
10    Section 36, Township 6 North, Range 2 West of the 3rd
11    Principal Meridian in Bond County, Illinois, described as

14    Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence on an assumed
15    bearing of North 00 degrees 56 minutes 43 seconds West on
16    the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
17    Quarter, 362.73 feet to the south right of way line of FAP
18    Route 12 (US Route 40) according to the Dedication of Right
19    of Way for Public Purposes to the State of Illinois

18    in the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 23 North,
19    Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, McLean

17    Said parcel containing 0.033 Acres, more or less.
 
18    Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a
19certified copy of the portion of this Act containing the title,
20enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate Section
21containing the land description of the property to be
22transferred or otherwise affected under this Act within 69 days
23after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required
24by the Section shall record the certified document in the

1Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
2    Section 950. "An Act concerning local government",
3approved September 11, 2007, Public Act 95-604, is amended by
4changing Section 5 as follows:
 
5    (P.A. 95-604, Sec. 5)
6    Sec. 5. The Director of Central Management Services is
7authorized to convey by Quit Claim Deed for $1 to the City of
8Chicago the following described real property: surplus
9property located within the area bordered by Oak Park Avenue,
10West Irving Park Road, North Narragansett Avenue, West Montrose
11Avenue, and Forest Preserve Drive, Chicago, Illinois;
12provided, however, that should the property fail to be used for
13a charitable, educational, or any public purpose within the
14first 10 years after the effective date of this amendatory Act
15of the 95th General Assembly or fail to be used at any time by
16the Grantee for charitable, educational, or public purposes,
17then title shall revert to the State of Illinois.

19    Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
20becoming law.
