HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2013, with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly is encouraged to promptly review and evaluate the Report and determine whether to disapprove, in whole or in part, the Report or any waiver request or appealed request outlined in the Report.
