50 ILCS 345/1

Amends the Local Governmental Acceptance of Credit Cards Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Local Governmental Acceptance of Credit Cards Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Local Governmental Acceptance of Credit Cards Act.
