Amends the State Property Control Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Property Control Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. The The following words and phrases as used in this Act, unless a different meaning is required by the context, have the meanings as set forth in Sections 1.01 to 1.06, inclusive.
