| | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 | | learn of the death of Robert Charles Marks of Lake Forest, | | 4 | | formerly of North Chicago, who passed away on January 28, 2013; | | 5 | | and
| | 6 | | WHEREAS, Robert Marks was born on May 19, 1931, in | | 7 | | Waukegan; and
| | 8 | | WHEREAS, Robert Marks served his country with pride as a | | 9 | | member of the United States Air Force; and
| | 10 | | WHEREAS, Robert Marks was employed as a personal chauffeur | | 11 | | for many families in Lake Forest and on the North Shore; and
| | 12 | | WHEREAS, Robert Marks was preceded in death by his parents, | | 13 | | James and Frances Marks, his brother, James (the late Lorraine) | | 14 | | Marks; and his sister, Marge (the late Joseph) Kimpler; and
| | 15 | | WHEREAS, Robert Marks is survived by his wife, Desa Pernek | | 16 | | Marks; his children, James (Connie) Marks, Lynette Ross, and | | 17 | | Anita (Randal) Constantino; his grandchildren, Merissa and | | 18 | | Danielle Marks, Dustin Gehrig, Erinne (Kyle) Lehman, and Jenny | | 19 | | (Ryan) McCormick; his great-granddaughter, Reese McCormick; | | 20 | | his sisters, Jane (the late Larry) Hissem and Patricia (Ben) |
