SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Pearl Ann Bleers, who passed away on
4January 12, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Pearl Bleers was born on July 9, 1941 in Chicago;
6her parents were Charles and Pearl (nee Volker) Wollpert; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Pearl Bleers was a graduate of Sienna High School
8in Oak Park; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Pearl Bleers was an employee of the Chevy Chase
10Country Club in Wheeling, American Airlines, United Airlines,
11Gap, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Pearl Bleers is preceded in death by her parents;
13her sister, Joan (the late Mike) Doyle; her in-laws, Martha and
14Joe Bleers; her brothers-in-law, Greg (Sue) Bleers and Tim
15(Tess) Sheehan; and her nieces, Lisa Bleers and Kathy Doyle
16McManus; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Pearl Bleers is survived by her husband of 53
18years, Frank; her son, Frank (Liz) Bleers; her daughters,
19Jennifer (Rob) Lindgren and Nancy (Barry) O'Connell; her
20grandchildren, Kane, Ruby, Seph, and Jack Bleers, Buzz, Katie,

1and Annie Lindgren, and Max, Spencer, and Ella O'Connell; her
2loving caregivers, Kay Westcott, Kandi Bleers, and Lucie
3Mullen; her sisters, Audrey (Joe) Egan and Mary Jane (Frank)
4Brinegar; her in-laws, Paul (Fran) Bleers, Sue (the late Greg)
5Bleers, Mary Lou (Will) Noll, Tom (Karla) Bleers, Joe (Valerie)
6Bleers, Tess (Jim) Torvik, Larry (Kandi) Bleers, and Lucie
7(Jim) Mullen; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
8    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
9ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
10family and friends, mourn the passing of Pearl Ann Bleers; and
11be it further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Pearl Bleers as an expression of our
14sympathy.
