SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

105 ILCS 5/22-95 new

Amends the School Code. Provides that any school receiving public funds shall post in a space accessible to all students information detailing the mental health resources provided by the school and the State that are available to students.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section 22-95 as follows:

Sec. 22-95. Posting of mental health resources. Any school receiving public funds shall post in a space accessible to all students information detailing the mental health resources provided by the school and the State that are available to students.
