    Amends the Developmental Education Reform Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Developmental Education Reform Act is
5 amended by changing Section 100-1 as follows:

6     (110 ILCS 175/100-1)
7     Sec. 100-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Developmental Education Reform Act. References in this Article
9 to "this Act" mean this Article.
